The Execudine Difference

As we celebrate over 30 years of corporate catering in the Midwest, Execudine is committed to servicing businesses large and small.
We have provided a general list of menu selections available. Please call to request additional information about our offerings. Menu items are priced per person and are all inclusive. Everything needed to serve and eat is included.

SERVICE: Execudine provides a professionally delivered and set up buffet. Everything  to serve and eat is provided including plates, knives, forks, serving utensils, cups, ice, condiments, etc. All service items are disposable leaving nothing to clean.

MENU: All of the selections are prepared to order with only the freshest, finest quality ingredients available. Execudine specializes in only healthy non-fried menus and can create special menus when requested. Execudine is also committed to the development of new menus to consistently satisfy seasonal tastes and trends. Please advise us if you have any dietary restrictions, as we have many menus to accommodate allergies, diet programs and other health related concerns.

PRICE: The menu cost listed is package priced per person and is all inclusive. Service items, delivery (most areas) and set up are provided at no extra cost. No gratuity charges are added to orders. Package upgrades and substitutions are available at extra cost. Sales tax and applicable food and beverage tax will be added to all invoices where required, unless notified in advance of tax exemption. Prices subject to change without notice. Quantity discounts are available.

Gratuity/Tips: If you wish to provide a gratuity for our staff or a tip for the driver making your delivery, you may indicate this upon scheduling service or enter an amount in the space provided on our order form or invoice.

ORDERING: Service requests will be accepted at any time, however, reservations are limited. It is suggested that service be reserved as soon as possible to assure a place in our delivery schedule. Orders are prioritized by date and time the order was placed. Please provide all location information (address, suite, room, contact and directions) to ensure on-time delivery. Orders also may be made via email or voice mail. Please call to confirm orders made by these methods.

MINIMUM ORDERS: Execudine can deliver smaller groups of guests. Some menu items may require a higher minimum quantity due to packaging restrictions. Orders for less than 10 people will include a $25 service fee.

FREE DELIVERY: Delivery is provided at no charge Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. We offer free delivery to Hamilton, Marion and Southern Boone counties in central Indiana. There is a nominal fee outside the major metropolitan area or beyond our hours of operation.

PICK UP ORDERS: Orders may be picked up at our location anytime during business hours. Orders can be packaged to stay fresh for trips across the state and beyond.

CANCELATION: Orders may be changed or cancelled 24 hours before the time of scheduled service with no charge (except special orders or large orders.) Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of service; however orders may be delivered to an alternate location or picked up.

PAYMENT: All major credit cards are accepted. For approved accounts, an invoice will be mailed the day of service and will be the only notice sent. Payment in full is due upon receipt of the invoice. Please pay from invoice as no statement will be sent. All major credit cards accepted. 2% interest per month will be charged for past due invoices. There will be a $40.00 charge for returned checks. Customer will assume all legal and professional fees for collection.

OFFICE HOURS: Business hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. - 1p.m. Voice mail is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Execudine is closed annually Christmas through New Year's.

SAFETY: Chafing dishes with liquid fuel are not provided as part of our standard service. If your event requires food to be kept hot for more than two hours and you wish to rent or purchase chafing dishes, a signed safety form must be returned to Execudine prior to the day of scheduled service.
